The week Tanner was away at scout camp we had a neighbor ask us to take care of their house and dog while they were on vacation. Landon was super excited for the job! He did a great job of it too and took awesome care of Huckleberry. The kids all loved taking him for walks and playing with him. We would even bring him to our house to play so he wouldn't be lonely. It kinda made us all want a dog though Dave and I agreed we liked our green grass in the backyard and didn't want to lose that.
The best part was that before this week Maddie and Hannah(especially) were deathly afraid of dogs. Like whenever we see one they scream like crazy loud and go insane. But as the week went on they became really comfortable with Huckleberry. Maddie warmed up super quick and Hannah just took a little longer. It was a great experience for them!
