On Thursday the kids were out of school so Dave and I took them to the Scarecrow Festival. They got to play on lots of inflatables, go through a haunted house, eat kettle corn, climb a rock wall, ride a little train, play lots of games and get their faces painted. The boys had a lot of fun! Landon's favorite part was the train ride and Tanner liked getting his face painted. The whole thing(treats included) only cost $20....I think it was well worth it.

Then on Thursday afternoon Landon randomly mentioned that he would like to learn how to ride his bike w/out training wheels. We had tried all summer to talk him into trying but he wouldn't. Well turns out the kid is a natural...it didn't even take 5 minutes to teach him. Way to go Lando!

Madelyn has been up to her usual mischief. She found a brown marker and thought it was lipstick:) I know... not her best pic but the girl doesn't stay still long enough to get a good one.
This week should be super busy with Madelyn's surgery, Tanner's Bday/Party, Dave's BDay and the Halloween Primary Activity. We don't like it quiet around here.
