June Fun

   Some of the things we were up to in June:

We went to our local parade for the first time. We grabbed a spot near the start of the parade and the kids scored in the candy dept. It was fun to spot kids from the ward in the parade, Dave would of course cheer loudly whenever he saw one.

We went to Farm Country. It was hot but the kiddos had lots of fun.Turns out there is this inside area, with a/c, where the kids can play farmer and pretend to be ants. Sadly we had never been in there before.

  We headed up AF canyon one night for a picnic dinner and some fishing. They didn't catch anything but I wasn't surprised since there was a big group of teens in canoes in the lake. They were pretty loud and crazy and probably scared all the fish away.

And Maddie finally got her first professional haircut. She didn't move or speak the whole time but she loved it. We went to my cute neighbor Sherians in home salon.
