We took the kids to the Festival of Trees for the first time. It was crazy! We made the bad choice of going on Friday night and there were just way too many people. They liked seeing BYU & Utah trees...there were more Utah ones. Tanner's fave was the Narnia tree...no pic too many people in the way. Maddie loved all the little girl trees. Not sure if Lando really liked any of them.
However their favorite part of the whole thing was seeing Jack. They had to have their picture with him.
The boys got to be part of the Ward Christmas pageant. They were shepherds of course. Landon loved his costume so much that he brought it along to show his grandparents when we went to their house the next day.
Keeping with Ward tradition Dave was involved. This year instead of his normal mantel setup he designed and built this stable. Maybe we can just use it again next year and Dave can get a break.
I found a fun little gingerbread set that came with 5 little houses, perfect for our family. The kids had lots of fun decorating and eating the candy.
The kids and Dave had fun playing in the snow. Sadly even though this was the 21st there was no snow on Christmas.

we had snow at our house in GA! Not near as pretty or fun as in Utah....BUT it was SNOW and on Christmas evening....the first in forever!
