It was such a nice day out yesterday that we decided to go to Hogle Zoo. We hadn't been in two years so the boys were pretty excited to get to see all the animals.
Maddie wasn't too sure about the elephants...esp not the fake one. Maddie's favorites were the rhinos and zebras, she tried to talk to them.

No trip to the Zoo is complete without a train ride. Landon was pretty excited about sitting in the front row
Tanner's dream...being a turtle. His favorite "animal" at the zoo was a turtle.
Landon got caught up in the spiders web. His fave was the snakes.

What a fun trip to the zoo! Sometimes I forget how many fun things we can do that are nearby. It would be fun to plan a neighborhood trip. Especially now that schools in, it's not so crowded.
